Its amazing what a little paint and wallpaper and

paneling will do for a place.

Everything looked good and we were able to make

the appraisal amount we needed to refinance.

Its been a long hard year to get to this point but

we "survived". I am just trying to convince my body

it was worth it.

Now its time for a vacations.
